A beauty services company in Singapore seeks an experienced recruitment professional to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. With over 5 years of experience in HR management, the candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and focus on sourcing beauty and service-related talents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a data-driven approach to improving hiring processes. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates across multiple functions within the company
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and business objectives, and translate these into customised recruitment plans
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
Build, maintain, and proactively manage a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates
Implement and optimise innovative recruitment initiatives such as social media sourcing, employer branding activities, and employee referral programmes
Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring outcomes
Advise and support managers on recruitment best practices, hiring decisions, and talent retention strategies
Minimum5 years of experiencein recruitment or HR management, preferably within thehuman resources and recruitment industry, with proven exposure to thebeauty, spa, or wellness sector in Singapore and Malaysia
Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiringbeauty and service-related talents (e.g. beauticians, therapists, stylists, consultants, manicurist, aesthetic doctors, nurses, etc.)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and using metrics to drive process improvement
Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
