Position: HR Admin Manager
Salary: Up to $5,500
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Location: Kallang / Aljunied

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • HR operational excellence, regulatory compliance, people development, and office administration; supporting business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience handling multi‑country HR operations, preferably across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Working on regional labour laws, statutory submissions, and employment regulations, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.
  • Performance review cycles, KPI setting, annual appraisals, and salary review exercises.
  • Organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Requirements
  • Qualification in HR related with minimum 5 years of relevant HR regional experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of regional employment laws and best practices.
  • Short notice commencement would be advantageous.
