Job Description
  • Process new gift and administer gifts in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including departments, on matters related to gift processing and gift administration.
  • Maintain database of gifts and provide monthly updates of new gifts.
  • Prepare and mail thank-you letters to donors.
  • Prepare gift reports for donors.
  • Support meetings and events organised by the Office of Development.
  • Oversee office supplies and order new materials when needed, and undertake any other work assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
  • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High energy, enthusiastic personality, and a strong work ethic as an individual contributor and collaborative team player, requiring minimum supervision.
  • Comfortable to work independently as well as collaborating as part of a team.
