Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Excutive Assistant to support day-to-day operations across content creation, tenant communications, facilities, and people management. This role suits someone who is hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑moving environment across businesses in property development and hospitality.

Roles
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries
  • Coordinate lease‑related communications and follow‑ups
  • Handle scheduling, reminders, and basic documentation
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow‑ups
  • Ensure spaces are well‑maintained and operational
  • Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
  • Assist with filming short‑form content.
  • Edit basic video content for social media and internal use
  • Organise content files and manage simple posting schedules
  • Support behind‑the‑scenes setup for shoots or events when needed
Requirements
