A leading medical aesthetics firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder in various tasks including coordination of schedules, preparation of reports, and managing communications. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A background in beauty or wellness is preferred, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with Google Suite. This role will also involve supporting brand events and handling administrative duties.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and naturally good with people — someone who can anticipate needs, communicate confidently, and stay steady in a fast-moving environment. You should enjoy working closely with the Founder, be comfortable handling different moving parts, and be tech-savvy enough to navigate Google Suite and basic project tools with ease. A solutions-driven mindset and the confidence to communicate well with different people are important.
