Job description
Accounts Executive
Location: Tuas South [Company transport provided]
Working days: 5 days per week
Working hours: 9AM – 5PM
Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,500 per month (subject to qualification and experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivables and payables:Oversee and process accounts receivables and payables
Process daily sales invoice
Maintain accurate and up to date customer payment record
Process supplier invoices
Liaising with vendor on any discrepancy in a timely manner - Inventories:
- Involvement in quarterly stock take
Stock reconciliation - General Ledger and reporting:Recording journal entries
Prepare GST reconciliation report
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule
Monthly sales report
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
- Proficiency in MS Office
