The Customer Experience Senior Support role is based at the DHL Asia Pacific Innovation Center (APIC) in Singapore. APIC is a state-of-the-art facility focused on customer engagement, showcasing innovations, and collaborating with startups and industries on the future of logistics. It is part of a global network including centers in Germany, Chicago, and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Asia Pacific Innovation Center, greeting visitors professionally and warmly.
  • Respond promptly to event requests from internal teams and visitors.
  • Oversee event bookings using Skedulo and follow up with requestors.
  • Coordinate event logistics: registration, badging, room setup, catering, and services.
  • Manage weekly event meetings, validate event details, and keep all parties informed.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience and quality across all events, optimizing costs and resources.
  • Track event execution and adhere to budgets.
  • Manage projects from small to large-scale events.
  • Oversee external resources and suppliers.
  • Develop new event formats with the customer engagement team.
  • Use customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the tool application expert for virtual events.
  • Update SOPs regularly.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Support catering, room setup, and post-event cleanup.
  • Handle administrative activities and office organization.
  • Anticipate customer needs by understanding business sectors.
