Project Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

  1. Support project teams in various project phases from planning to delivery, including documentation, minutes, and task tracking.
  2. Assist in planning, implementing, executing, and overseeing all aspects of events.
  3. Support project-related events/meetings, including security and site clearance for staff and contractors.
  4. Process purchase orders accurately and promptly.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and information.
  6. Support reporting and administrative duties, liaising with vendors as needed.
  7. Meet project deadlines, coordinate meeting logistics and events.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

COMPETENCIES

  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks independently
