Job description

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end logistics processes for both import and export shipments.
• Prepare shipping and related documentation such as LC, BL, D/O & etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external service providers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth transportation and timely delivery.
• Oversee arrangements with logistics partners for cargo space, freight, insurance, and other shipping needs.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track goods movement, costs, and shipment status.
• Monitor shipping expenses and recommend efficiency improvements without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial terms for international transactions.
• Generate and review periodic shipping and logistics reports.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain functions, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong understanding of trade regulations and documentation requirements
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
