Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the packaging or B2B sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is a must.
  • Having class 3 driving license and own transport is an advantage.

Sales Executive [Outdoor / B2B Sales]

Work Location: Jurong East MRT
Working hours: Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary Range: $ 2,600 to S$ 3,000 + Transport & Phone allowance
Industry: Packaging - Focus on Crating [Wooden Crates]

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Present the company’s packaging solutions and products to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their packaging needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and recommendations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements
