About the Role:
Sourceability is seeking coverage for this role starting now and continuing through June 2026.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding- Assist in review, submission and follow up of new customer documents to ensure accuracy and quick approval turnaround.
- Assist in creating prospects as requested, convert prospects to customers after approvals as requested.
- Customer master maintenance- updating bill to/ship to addresses, customer requirements as requested.
- Order Management- including creating and entering orders as requested, changing orders per customer request, push/pull in’s and change orders per sales / QA request, quality related changes.
- Reviewing sales orders for accuracy and contractual requirements and approving to next level.
- Communicating and resolving identified hold discrepancies in Order management to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Product allocation support.
- Assist in loading mass RFQ lists (+3) into ERP system.
- Managing/Communicating Intercompany Orders.
- Reviewing/Managing reports proactively related to order scheduling, allocations and WHS pick releases.
- Release picking tickets to WHS for shipping.
- Basic Scrubbing, cleaning, combining and merging files as requested.
- Support Quality processes.
- Coordinate with logistics to resolve sales order discrepancies.
- Coordinate changes for sales in all regions.
- Obtains quotes from 3rd party vendors for value added services.
- Create Work Orders (value added services) in sales orders as requested.
- Assist in Training new hires in the ERP system on a high-level overall review.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be fluent in MS Office and have the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- College degree or 1 year related Administrative or Office related experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. (Professional English Language Proficiency).
- Must be organized, punctual and be able to multitask.
