Our client is an Investment Banking company. They have an immediate requirement for an Executive Assistant-cum-Accounts Executive.

EA to CEO

• Managing the diary, business schedules & calendar, including arranging meetings, conference calls & booking appointments
• Organizing incoming information and keeping abreast of all priorities & events
• Scheduling & coordinating meetings both internally & externally including logistics, hotel requirements, preparation of meeting material
• Arranging and coordinating conference calls
• Travel: organizing domestic and international travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodation as well as preparing itineraries if necessary
• Arranging visas for the Senior Team
• Preparation of overseas travel itineraries – flights, hotel, transfers, visas
• Process expense claims
• Handling confidential documents
• Maintain a database of all contacts and cards
• Creating & maintaining filing system for personal & confidential files of the CEO
• Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

• Maintain daily accounting records and ensure books of account are kept up to date
• Regularly reconcile bank and cash transactions
• Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements periodically
• Generate customer invoices in accordance with approved mandates
• Record and file all payment vouchers and vendor invoices systematically
• Proficient in general accounting practices with hands-on experience using Tally ERP 9 software

• Job location: Raffles Place
• Work week: Mon-Fri
• Salary: Up to 5k per month
