A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin and HR Executive to manage recruitment and compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HR management and a diploma or higher in Human Resources. The role involves building a recruitment framework, handling employment contracts, and supporting employee relations. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsabilidades
- Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
- Handle employment contracts and onboarding processes.
- Support in resolving employee relations issues.

Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Salary : $3,800 - $4,200
Reports to: Admin & HR Director
- Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
- Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
- Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
- Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
- Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
- Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Support in establishing performance management systems.
- Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad‑hoc projects.
- Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start‑up is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
