Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage foreign worker activities, including training, accommodation, and compliance with immigration matters. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and must be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin. This role involves handling disciplinary issues, insurance claims, and applying for government grants, making it essential to have thorough knowledge of MOM matters.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in a construction company.
  • Ability to handle foreign worker disciplinary issues.
  • Familiarity with MOM matters and ISO audits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all training activities for foreign workers.
  • Manages foreign worker accommodation and immigration matters.
  • Handles foreign worker insurance claims and tax clearance.
