Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HR Group Operations & Technology team, providing administrative and reporting support under the Division Management Office (DMO). This role offers exposure to HR operational processes, data reporting, and participation in ad‑hoc HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics.
  • Assist in the audit and analysis of division performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Organise HR datasets and perform ad‑hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance results and incident trends.
  • Manage general office administration, including coordination of team meetings, project tracking, documentation, and tracking of division IT assets and stationery.
  • Participate in and support ad‑hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Internship or work experience in HR or data‑related roles will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
