Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to handle all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Candidates should possess a diploma in HR Management and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: HR Executive
• Location: North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.
• Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21, levy claims, and other government submissions.
• Administer foreign worker processes, insurance, and dormitory arrangements.
• Support onboarding, resignation, and employee relations matters.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with MOM and company standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in HR Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
