Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical functions for a leading semiconductor manufacturing company. You will drive sourcing activities, manage candidate pipelines, support hiring events, and ensure recruitment processes align with policies and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skill-set
  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Must have at least 2 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within semiconductor or manufacturing;
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment guidelines and recruitment practices;
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database tools;
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Desired Skill-set
  • Experience hiring non-executive / high-volume roles;
  • SAP exposure.
Responsibilities
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding activities;
  • Execute recruitment strategies via portals, agencies, and career fairs;
  • Set clear hiring timelines and deliverables to meet manpower needs;
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and conduct reference checks;
  • Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders; provide interview-skills training when required;
  • Prepare weekly hiring updates and ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights;
  • Support HR policy updates and offer advisory support to employees and managers.
