Responsibilities

• Ensure related documentation are P-filed accordingly.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff.
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement and key performance indicator.
• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
• Adhoc duties as per assigned.

3 Months Temp (able to commit long term due to possibility of extension based on work performance) – up to 3k – One-North

Responsibilities

• Ensure related documentation are P-filed accordingly.

• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
• Adhoc duties as per assigned.
