Job summary

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes)
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
  • Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits (leave, medical benefits, insurance, accommodation, airfare, and incentives)
  • Prepare and submit government‑mandated HR surveys and reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, including at least 2 years in the Construction
  • Proven experience in work pass management and labor payroll processing is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
