Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an HR role to identify and source qualified candidates, post job openings, and conduct interviews. Responsibilities include shortlisting candidates, preparing job offers, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. This contract position runs from April to July 2026.

Job Description

  • Post job openings, screen and actively search CVs, and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Shortlist candidates and present them to clients for selection.
  • Prepare and send job offers and employment contracts.
  • Maintain and update employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
