Job summary

A recruitment services company in Singapore is seeking an Admin & HR Executive to manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling communications, assisting with HR tasks, managing training records, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a minimum Nitec in HR or Administration. The position offers a salary range of $2000 - $2500 and a 13 months bonus based on performance.

Job Summary

  • Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Working Location: Northstar @ Ang Mo Kio
  • Benefits: 13 months bonus (subject to company's performance)
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general office communications professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as arranging workers’ medical checkups.
  • Register training courses for workers and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage worker dormitory check-in/check-out and coordinate transport arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum Nitec in HR/Administrative field.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
