A manufacturing company in Singapore seeks an HR Supervisor to lead HR operations and improve processes. This role involves recruitment, compliance with local employment laws, managing employee relations, and administering HRIS systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources, 3-6 years of HR experience (including 1-2 years supervisory), and strong interpersonal skills. We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations, strengthen people processes, and support managers across the business. You will ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, drive recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and improve HR systems and reporting.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for local and expatriate roles: job ads, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Administer employment contracts, work pass applications/renewals (EP/S-Pass/Work Permit) and CPF/payroll compliance together with payroll vendor.
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation reviews, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Handle employee relations, workplace investigations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in a fair, confidential manner.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook aligned with MOM and local regulations.
Administer HRIS and maintain accurate people data, headcount reports and monthly HR metrics.
Coordinate training needs analysis and implement development programs.
Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, leave management and statutory submissions.
Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures to scale HR operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people matters and cultural initiatives.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in Singapore).
Practical knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, and work pass processes.
Hands‑on experience with payroll administration and HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable with change in a scaling business.
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or local HR certification are a plus.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
