Job summary
A leading restaurant in Singapore is looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate staff. This role involves managing daily operations, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the restaurant maintains cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar F&B leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily restaurant operations.
- Motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met.

- Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
