Overview

Our client, a Multinational Technology Company, is looking for an Account Manager/Client Partner (Gaming - APAC) to join their Sales Team which focuses on enabling businesses to grow by connecting them to customers across its platforms using their advertising solutions.

This full-time role is based in the Singapore office.

Responsibilities
  • Master of client's business solutions for companies of all sizes, and tailor recommendations quickly to address the unique needs of clients.
  • Develop expertise in client's business solutions and quickly adapt recommendations to fit various client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth, provide education, and deliver consultative support to strategic clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with advertisers to achieve enhanced business outcomes across the business app ecosystem by adopting best practices and enhancing advertising campaign performance.
  • Address and resolve account issues promptly.
  • Collect advertiser feedback to improve existing and future ad products.
  • Work collaboratively within sales and other companys departments to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent clients at conferences, events, or through webinars.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or sales, ideally within the Ecommerce, Gaming, CPG, Agency or Travel industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
