Job summary
A home decor company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to provide excellent customer service and sales for soft furnishing products. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing projects, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, target-driven, and have good communication skills. An attractive commission structure, training, and career progression opportunities are offered. Working weekends and public holidays may be required.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customers.
- Provide quality sales and consultation services.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and manage payments.
- Manage projects from sales completion to handover.

You will be the main point of contact to our customers where providing service, answering product enquiries, design and sales related questions.
- Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds & Ziptrak.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries
- Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior customer experience
- Maintain showroom product display
- Positive and willing to learn
- Outgoing, confident and courteous
- Target driven and result oriented
- Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
- Able to converse well in Basic English
- Experience in soft furnishing (curtains & blinds) will be an added advantage
- Able to work on Weekends / Public Holiday
- It will be an added advantage if you possess a Class 3 driving license.
