Job summary

A leading healthcare marketing agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Omni-Channel / Digital Marketing Lead to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on customer engagement and marketing automation. The role requires hands-on expertise in relevant tools, a Bachelor’s degree, and is specifically targeted at Singapore Citizens or PRs. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on customer experience across the region.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, CX, or omni-channel engagement.
  • Hands-on mastery of marketing automation platforms and CMS tools.
  • Experience in pharma or medical retail is a strong advantage.

  • Driving marketing automation, content ecosystems, and digital touchpoint optimisation
  • Partnering with commercial and medical teams to create meaningful, modern customer experiences
What you bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 10+ years in digital marketing, CX, or omni-channel engagement
  • Hands‑on mastery of marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and journey mapping
  • Experience in pharma or medical retail is a strong advantage (& a necessity)
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR as our client is unable to sponsor at this time.
