Training Course Manager (Singapore Aviation Academy)
Job summary
A training and aviation expertise provider is seeking a Course Manager in Singapore to oversee course administration and logistics for the School of Aviation Safety and Security. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, assist with course applications, and provide support for instructors and participants. This role requires strong organizational skills and entails being present at the training venue by 8am on setup days. A competitive salary of $4000 is offered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Support the School of Aviation Safety and Security with course administration.
- Manage daily course operations and logistics.
- Serve as a point of contact for course participants.
This position will start off as 6 months contract. (Renewable and convertible to permanent staff)
Grand Copthorne Waterfront (Training venue), and CAAS Office at Changi Airport Terminal 2
The Course Manager will be responsible to support the School of Aviation Safety and Security with course administration and management, to ensure smooth delivery of courses for instructors and international participants, supporting Singapore Aviation Academy's mission as a centre of excellence for aviation knowledge.
- Assist with course applications
- Assist with handling enquiries and documentation
- Coordinate visa applications and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing course materials and learning resources
- Assist in arrangement of instructors’ admin and travel
- Manage daily course operations and logistics
- Handle classroom setup and technical requirements
- Provide on-site support during course delivery
- Manage participant attendance and participation records
- Assist in processing course evaluations and feedback
- Assist in Issuance of certificates and course completion documents
- Maintain participant database and records
- Assist with instructor claims and honorarium payments
- Serve as a point of contact for international and/or local course participants
- Coordinate accommodation and local transport arrangements
- Handle special requests and requirements
- Provide information about local amenities and arrangements
- Overall scheduling of courses and instructors’ agreements
- Tracking and reconciling school-related expenses
- Processing payments and claimsMaintaining financial documentation and records
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders on finance and admin matters
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
To be present at training venue by 8am on days setting up training
