Job Description

Account Executive role responsible for full spectrum of accounting activities.

  • Full set of accounts and reporting.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Submission of GST returns, ECI, Corporate Tax & Financial Reports.
  • Payroll, CPF Contributions.
  • Oversee Accounts & Banking Operations.
  • Liaising with Auditor, tax agent, secretarial and bankers.
  • Check Incoming Funds through Internet Banking.
  • Organise and maintain up to date financial records / Cash flow.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Month-end closing report.
Requirements
  • Well-versed in MS Excel and Word.
  • A self-starter able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Mandarin an advantage.
