Job summary

A leading aviation company in Singapore is seeking a marketing professional with deep regional experience to promote its services across the Asia Pacific. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, including a strong aviation background, and involves preparing marketing strategies, quotes, and negotiations with clients. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and assist in preparing budgets. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus. Extensive travel is expected.

  • Aviation background with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Extensive travel is required.

Job description
  • To market the company range of services to customers in the Asia Pacific Region and to assist the formulation of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets allocated.
  • To work on the preparation of quotes/proposals/agreements and contract liaison with customers on quotes/proposals approval and negotiate final terms and conditions with customers to be provided.
  • To assist the Marketing Manager/Director in the preparation of annual sales and marketing expenses budget.
  • To achieve sales targets as well as Department PO2 targets. (CIP, HSE included)
  • Implement prevention programmes within their activities, ensuring their team members remain informed and play an active role in contributing to HSE development, and seeing that all actions taken help to achieve improvement objectives.
  • Assist in preparation of responses to RFPs from the Global Sales Teams and Customers outside of APAC.
  • To manage our Business Partners and ensure Trade Compliance requirements and processes are done and met.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of regional marketing experience with aviation company preferably with repair and overhaul capacity.
  • Knowledge of the regional business environment is essential.
  • Able to write and speak an additional regional country language would be an advantage
  • Aviation background with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Formal marketing qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Extensive travel required.
