Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an individual for accounting support. Responsibilities include handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, alongside daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary of up to $4,000 plus a variable bonus offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage daily AP functions such as posting supplier invoices and preparing vendor payments.

- Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform daily AR duties including issuing Statements of Account (SOA) and conducting follow-up calls for collections.
- Manage daily AP functions such as posting supplier invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing vendor payments.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue or irregular payments and prepare regular collection status reports.
- Support general administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm); One Saturday per month (8:30am to 3:30pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
