Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the elaboration of the relevant and harmonized marketing strategy for your specific franchises and the region
• Communicate guidelines on launch potentials
• Implement the marketing plans and strategies
• Relay and explain the corporate vision, regional objectives, and strategies to local teams
• Initiate, build and communicate omnichannel activation plans for your franchises in collaboration with the regional team
• Interact and support markets in the implementation of the strategy: review market strategies, 360 launch activations, forecasts, merchandising items, and samples for novelties as well as for basic catalog support
• Follow up on the implementation of the strategies for your franchises
• Build strong partnerships with local teams to collect needs and requests and assess their relevance.
• Recommend adapted action plans when necessary
• Do a thorough and regular analysis of the Fragrance category to build strategic recommendations
