Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive revenue in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of key account experience in modern trade, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. The position offers a monthly salary of up to $7K plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 3 years or above experience in FMCG / Modern Trade with proven key account experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Serve as main point of contact and resolve issues.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Lead merchandisers and oversee new product launches.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM/6.00PM

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans; identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Serve as main point of contact, resolving issues and coordinating with marketing, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Lead merchandisers and oversee new product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account KPIs to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts; perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years or above experience in FMCG / Modern Trade, with proven key account experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
