💼 Role: QA Lead

• Lead and manage QA activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing milestones.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements.
• Oversee functional testing, web application testing, and end-to-end validation across systems.
• Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
• Coordinate testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk assessment from a QA perspective.
• Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

• Prepare and maintain training materials, test documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders and project teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support onboarding or training initiatives.

• Mentor and guide QA team members to improve testing practices and technical capabilities.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Support issue resolution and escalation handling.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
• Proven experience in a QA Lead or senior QA role, managing and overseeing testing activities.
• Strong hands‑on experience in functional testing and problem management, including defect lifecycle processes.
• Experience working in Agile project environments and participating in sprint ceremonies and QA planning.
• Experience in project coordination or project management activities related to QA delivery.
• Ability to develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Experience preparing training materials and technical documentation.
• Exposure to web application testing, API testing, or automation testing is an advantage.
• Experience with QA automation tools and basic knowledge of Core Java (for automation frameworks) is a plus.
• Experience in mobile application testing and exposure to SAP QA or enterprise system testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring or QA‑related tools such as Radar or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across cross‑functional groups.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
