Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution of fresh vegetables into FMCG retail and food channels. You will:
- Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors, and foodservice partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel.
- Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in-store promotions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or food-related industries.
- Proven track record in account management and business development.
- Strong network with supermarkets, distributors, or foodservice operators is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Must possess a valid driving license (advantage for client visits and store checks).
