Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution of fresh vegetables into FMCG retail and food channels. You will:

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors, and foodservice partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in-store promotions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or food-related industries.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Strong network with supermarkets, distributors, or foodservice operators is an advantage.
