Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in nephrology pharmaceutical sales.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and strong relationships with nephrology departments in hospitals and clinics.
  • This role will focus on promoting our portfolio of nephrology products to healthcare providers, driving sales growth, and enhancing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the nephrology segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in nephrology departments, including nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote our nephrology products and services.
  • Provide product training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.

Qualifications:
