Job Description: Nephrology Sales Representative
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in nephrology pharmaceutical sales.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and strong relationships with nephrology departments in hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the nephrology segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in nephrology departments, including nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote our nephrology products and services.
- Provide product training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on nephrology products.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team, with at least 1 direct report.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the nephrology field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
