Binance Research is the analytical brain of Binance. Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality, data-driven insights across the crypto space. As a Post Listing Research and Account Manager, you will play a key role in risk assessment, incident response, and project operations related to listed tokens on the Binance platform.

We’re looking for a critical thinker with strong crypto knowledge and a passion for risk management, research, and fast-paced, innovative work.

• Lead support efforts for major incidents involving projects (e.g., security breaches, exchange failures).
• Identify root causes, assess the impact on Binance and related projects, and coordinate with internal teams to minimize damage.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of listed tokens using both qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., product usage, on-chain activity, community sentiment).
• Identify risks related to tokens and propose mitigation measures.
• Review and assess project-related requests (e.g., rebranding, mainnet integrations, swaps).
• Produce clear and concise risk assessment reports.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving risk detection and mitigation processes.

• Support onboarding of new listings (data collection, coordination, trading preparation).
• Manage operational tasks for existing listed tokens (e.g., airdrops, cross-chain swaps).
• Continuously optimize internal SOPs and workflows.

• 5–9 years of experience in research, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems and identify key risk factors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable making high-impact decisions under uncertainty.
