• Oversee accounts of representative office in Indonesia.
• Participate in quarterly and annual internal / external audit.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare related-party reconciliation amongst business entities
• Prepare bank / cash reconciliation
• AR & AP issue / record of invoices
• Process reimbursement claims and record
• Daily data entries update into MYOB
• Process e-payment to retail customers
• Update fixed assets schedule
• Oversee accounts of representative office in Indonesia
• Participate in quarterly and annual internal / external audit
• Ad-Hoc assignments given by Company

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
• Relevant hands‑on experience of 3 years or more, especially with MYOB software and MS Excel application
• Familiarity with Financial Reporting Standard
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
