Public Relation Officer (Construction / LTA projects) _ URGENT
Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Public Relation Officer for LTA projects. This role involves managing stakeholder communications, resolving enquiries, and producing communication materials. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in public relations within the construction sector. The position requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to maintain positive relations with various authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Senior Public Relation Officer working experience for LTA Projects.
- Proven experience in public relations, in the construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations and stakeholders.
- Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to public relations.
- Proactively initiate and take charge of public relations engagement and outreach activities.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
5 years of Senior Public Relation Officer working experience for LTA Projects
Responsibilities:
- Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from client, consultants, building management, public, CAG, NEA and various stakeholders through e-mails and phone calls pertaining to the project.
- Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public.
- Planning and launching of public relations programme
- Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort
- Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.
- Proactively initiate and take charge all public relations engagement and outreach activities, such as face‑to‑face dialogue sessions, exhibitions, roadshows etc
- Interface with the LTA, CAG, PTO and all relevant stakeholders on the design of visuals on the hoardings at stations.
- Serve as secretary to meetings/dialogue sessions and briefings to the stakeholders etc. and submit a minutes of meeting after each session.
- Supports and handles administrative works.
- Manning of 24-hour Project Hotline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Changi Airport Group
Requirements:
- 5 years of Senior Public Relation Officer working experience for LTA Projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with the Authority (LTA, CAG, PUB, NEA and stakeholders).
- Proven experience in public relations, in the construction sector.
