A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage customer accounts, focusing on vacuum needs within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, possess hands-on sales experience, and be adept at conflict resolution. This role requires managing current sales cycles and generating new business opportunities.
Managed assigned accounts - Act as the first-point-of-contact for customer’s vacuum needs
Management of current sales cycle
Generate new business for both products and service
Manage service enquiries – repair, exchange or upgrading
Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
Report on the current status of the account and sales transactions
Monitor sales and service measurable
Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
Suggest actions for sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth
Act as a team member within the world-wide metrics of the account.
