The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to grow market presence, manage distribution channels like TCM halls and pharmacies, and foster relationships with distributors. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience in health supplements, possess a strong network in TCM, and excel in communication. Competitive salary plus attractive uncapped commission will be offered.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion for our premium Cordyceps product line in Singapore

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence.
  • Manage and build distribution channels — TCM halls, pharmacies, health food stores, wellness centers, and e-commerce.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and KOLs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and provide business insights.
  • Train partners on HEC product knowledge and brand story.
Requirements
  • Min. 5 years’ sales experience in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or traditional tonics (e.g. bird’s nest, ginseng, cordyceps).
  • Strong network within TCM or premium supplement channels in Singapore/Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred to speak with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
  • Independent, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • (Bonus) Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; passion for natural wellness.
