  • Position Title: Senior Sales Executive / Asst Sales Manager
  • Working Location: Ubi
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire local and overseas clients to meet sales targets through channels such as cold calls and email.
  • Market and promote the company’s services.
  • Negotiate terms and margins with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Resolve client issues and maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers.
  • Focus on customer success and act as the main point of contact for key partners.
  • Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients.
  • Ensure all Sales Executives meet or exceed activity targets for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.
  • Lead by example for Sales Executives in professional conduct, commitment, organization, sales skills, and work habits.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
