Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide support to HR Business Partners in daily operations.
• Assist in coordinating interview arrangements.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for reporting officers.
• Recruitment support for Intern/Temp Staff, including onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Process invoices accurately.
• Draft weekly new hire welcome notes for HR.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist in employee orientation and other lifecycle events.
• Perform other HR-related administrative and project tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews, raising invoices, or administrative work.
• Ability to manage high-volume activities and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
