Job summary

A human resources firm in Singapore is looking for an HR personnel to manage day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, and assist with Recruitment and Onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resource Management and at least one year of experience in HR. The role offers a basic salary ranging from $2,200 to $2,400 and requires occasional travel to the headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Well-versed in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform HR functions focusing on administrative duties.
  • Assist with Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Support line managers on disciplinary issues and HR policies.
