We are looking for a talented and experienced Real Estate Writer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and research, with a particular focus on Johor Bahru’s property market and cross-border real estate trends.

• Research and analyse the Johor Bahru real estate market, including new developments, pricing trends, and investment opportunities for Singaporean and overseas buyers.
• Produce engaging, well-researched articles, guides, and reports for the company’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Break down complex cross-border topics such as financing, taxes, ownership structures, and lifestyle comparisons into clear, reader-friendly insights.
• Collaborate with the editorial, marketing, and sales teams to develop content that supports company goals and enhances audience engagement.
• Stay up to date on Malaysian property regulations, infrastructure projects, and market shifts, incorporating relevant insights into articles.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.

• 2–3 years of professional writing experience, ideally with exposure to real estate, business, or financial journalism.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru and Iskandar Malaysia property landscape, particularly from a Singaporean buyer’s perspective.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into insights.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and depth.
