  • Oversee company vehicle management and maintenance.
  • Manage fixed asset leases and records updates.
  • Coordinate travel and business reservations.
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers.
Job description
1. Administrative Management:
  • Manage office supplies procurement, update related records and logs timely.
  • Provide operations/logistics support for company events; manage meeting rooms bookings and set up, refreshments and cleanliness.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management, and ensuring office and pantry appliances are well‑maintained.
  • Manage company-wide administrative processes, improving efficiency where needed.
2. Vehicle Management:
  • Oversee company vehicle leasing, maintenance, and daily dispatch; maintain vehicle usage records.
  • Handle vehicle lease renewals, as well as maintenance, servicing, and insurance for company‑owned vehicles.
  • Manage COE renewals and road tax payments to the LTA.
3. Fixed Asset Management:
  • Manage company property leases, including contract signing, tenant information maintenance, and collaboration with agents; regularly update the fixed asset records.
4. Travel & Business Bookings:
  • Manage company flight, hotel, and restaurant reservations; coordinate with suppliers to optimise costs and service quality.
5. Vendor Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, landlords, and service providers.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure timely payments and cost control. Prepare and process documents to disburse funds.
