About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time HR Admin to support our HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. You will assist with day-to-day HR admin tasks to ensure smooth HR processes and an efficient employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and manage employee data, including new hires, transfers, and terminations, within the payroll system and/or database
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
  • Assist to label and update the inventories list
  • Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and tracking employee daily attendance/leave records.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties.
  • Support payroll preparation by collating necessary employee information (e.g., overtime, attendance).
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the HR team as required.
