The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You'll manage invoices, perform data entry, support month-end closings, and handle inquiries professionally. The role offers a structured work schedule in a collaborative environment.

Job description
Accounting Functions
  • Process and manage supplier and customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of billing statements, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure prompt collection and payment.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account statements in a professional manner.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the supervisor in other accounting‑related tasks as assigned.
Administrative Functions
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations to ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing (both physical and electronic).
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
What we're looking for

Working Location: Benoi Crescent

Working Hours: 8am to 4.30pm (Mon to Fri)
