A local service company in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time & Part-Time Admin Assistant to manage daily operations and handle client queries. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing cleaning standards. This role requires a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Admin Assistant (Operation Department) for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks …. etc . Must be details, good at follow up and hgood time management. Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.
FT: 6 Days - Must able to commit on Sat or Sun
PT: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend
7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm
