Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced admin professional to manage communications, issue invoices, and process payroll. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MYOB and Infotech software. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry and offers a 5.5-day work schedule with alternate Saturdays off.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year admin experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue invoices and perform data entry using MYOB software.
  • Check and update worker attendance using Infotech software.
  • Process worker salary.
  • Check IN & OUT workers dormitory & transport.
  • Arrange worker medical check‑up.
  • Register course for workers.
  • Update workers work pass expiry date.

Skills

Work Schedule

5.5 days work with alternate Saturday off, maximum 3 Saturdays per month.

  • Familiarity with Infotech HRM software and MYOB Software.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Minimum 1 year admin experience in the construction industry.
