Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotation, job sheet, invoice & checklist for customer.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Team.
  • Handle and manage emails.
  • Monitor and follow up on project-related submissions.
  • Consolidate service reports/checklists and maintain records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all records.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
